2. Hydraulic system

3. Vibration system
The DD-130 series boasts the patented vibration mechanism produced by Ingersoll-Rand. The mechanism can offer 8 adjustable amplitudes for the users during operation.High amplitude is recommended for thick lift compaction, low amplitude for thinner lifts and sensitive compaction areas. To prevent the road surface from being destroyed by starting and stopping, unique automatic vibration-starting system has been designed. When the speed reaches 0.8KM/H, the vibration starts automatically; when the speed is less than 0.8KM/H, the vibration stops automatically. At the same time, the intelligent control design increases the machine's safety performance.
In order to get the best pressure effect, the DD-130 series is equipped with the unique patented product-vibration interval chart. During work, when the pointer is in the green area, the best density and grading can be guaranteed. All the vibration modules are controlled by integrate circuit.
With the travelling direction changing, the vibration mechanism changes directions automatically to avoid ripples.
4. Instrument, operating system and brake system
